This is online E-blog, to discuss our patient de-identified health data shared after taking her guardian's signed informed consent. A 13years old girl who is a student studying in hostel located at annaram,came with complaints of Bilateral lower limb swelling since 15days.  HOPI:Patient was apparantly normal 2months back and then she developed nausea and vomitings 4 episodes for 3 days.content food particles.Non bilious.Not associated with pain abdomen.No loose stools.Now since 15 days patient developed bilateral lower limb swelling initially till ankle and now progressed to generalised swelling with puffiness of face. No history of SOB,No burning micturition,No fever,No skin rashes. History of irregular menstrual cycles since menarche (achieved her menarche at 12 years)menstrual cycles were once in every 3 months.Last menstrual period 30/05/2022. A 26 year old male patient, resident of adauidulpally, Nalgonda district farmer by occupation came to our hospital with chief complaints of - 1. Shortness of breath 2. Loss of appetite 3. Low grade Fever  4.  CHEIF COMPLAINT: Painless deformity of left foot. PATIENT HISTORY:A 2yr old male baby visited our hospital on 21/02/22 with painless twisted left foot.Father of patient is a farmer by occupation. The baby born with deformed foot at birth.The patient was active without any pain in the foot , apetite is normal . His parents took him to the hospital in Hyderabad at 5 months of age. Casting for foot is done on 25/5/20.6 castings are applied for 6-8weeks. But the deformity of foot was not lost completely .So the patient came to opd with twisted foot after discontinuing the casting procedure. PERSONAL HISTORY: • Patient has no loss of appetite • Bladder movements are normal • Bowels are regular • No known allergies are seen • achieved all the milestones FAMILY HISTORY: • There are no similar complaints are seen in the family members • No such deformities are seen in any of the family members TREATMENT HISTORY: • Casting technique is done for 6-8weeks  • No surgeries are done GENERA...
